All About Me
From as far back as I can remember, I've had a deep love for people and connection. This passion led me to earn my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University, where I also discovered my interest in mental health research across the lifespan.

My experience spans working with families and children throughout the DFW metroplex in child advocacy centers, trauma services, and both inpatient and outpatient settings for adolescents and adults.

In my approach to therapy, I believe the therapeutic relationship comes first. Building trust and safety creates the foundation that allows us to work through difficult life experiences together. I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety, serving as a "compass" to help navigate challenging terrain.

When I'm not working, you'll find me enjoying time with my husband and family, sipping an iced coffee, or soaking up sunshine in nature.
Through my own lived experiences, I understand what it means to begin the healing journey. My ultimate goal is simple: to help my clients find hope, even in their most difficult moments.
